Right of Withdrawal Information
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email or through our contact form). You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
The withdrawal request must be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Customized or personalized goods
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent
